Hedva, a mother of 3 who paints Ketubot (decorative marriage contracts) is deeply committed to raising her Down Syndrome son and to supporting her husband's career. When Hedva is invited to exhibit her work in Prague, she discovers just how strongly the emotional entanglements of home, bind her to the household.
